- Scope and Service Definition
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies solely to Document Preparation and Administrative Services purchased through US Document Center (usdocumentcenter.com). Refunds are based on the Service Fulfillment Status and the stage of work completion, not on the successful outcome of the application once submitted to a third party.
- Eligibility for Refund and Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends entirely on when your cancellation request is received relative to the service status:

| Pre-Processing (Full Cancellation) | Full Refund of the service fee is granted if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase AND before any internal administrative or preparation work has been initiated. |
| In Progress (Partial Cancellation) | A Partial Refund is granted, calculated as the full service fee minus the $15.00 USD Non-Refundable Administrative Fee for labor already commenced. |
| Submitted or Completed | No Refund is granted once the application, document request, or service has been officially submitted, filed, or finalized to the relevant government or licensing agency. |
- Non-Refundable Fees and Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Administrative Fee: The $15.00 USD administrative and processing fee for any service that is canceled after the 24-hour grace period or after work has begun.
- Third-Party Fees: Any application, filing, or state/government fees paid by US Document Center on your behalf.
- Expedited Processing: Fees charged specifically for rush service, as the service is rendered immediately.
- Rejected Applications: Rejection of an application by the governing agency due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- The Official Refund Process
To request a refund that meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2:
- Submit Request: Email our support team immediately at support@usdocumentcenter.com with the subject line: URGENT Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number].
- Verification: We will check your purchase time against our internal fulfillment log to determine the exact Service Status (Pre-Processing, In Progress, Submitted).
- Processing: If the refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. The exact timing is dependent on your financial institution.
- Service Guarantee
If the application is rejected due to an error or mistake made directly by US Document Center (e.g., a data entry or transcription error), we guarantee that we will re-process the entire application free of charge using the correct information.
